Blackboard Potential Conflicts

Disable pop-up blocker software (i.e. Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, etc.).
- Your Windows OS may also have a popup blocker that you can disable through Internet Explorer.
  - Under Tools, then Internet Options, under the Privacy tab.
Remove spyware.
Some spyware detection software may cause conflicts. You may need to disable it while using Blackboard, or add in exceptions to allow Blackboard to function.
Some virus protection software may cause conflicts. You may need to disable some components of this while using Blackboard, or add in exceptions to allow Blackboard to function.
Some firewall software/hardware can cause conflicts. You may need to disable it while using Blackboard, or add in exceptions to allow Blackboard to function.
